Adecco is currently seeking a skilled Fish Filleter to join a leading seafood production facility in Carrollton, TX. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering competitive pay, a consistent schedule, and the potential for long-term career growth with a respected employer.

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
Days Off: Wednesday and Sunday

Position Overview

The Fish Filleter plays a critical role in the production process by accurately cutting and filleting various species of fish while maximizing product yield and maintaining the highest standards of quality, food safety, and sanitation.

Key Responsibilities

• Fillet and process fish weighing approximately 10–60 pounds using professional fillet knives.

• Evaluate and grade fish to minimize waste and maximize product quality and shelf life.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment in accordance with food safety regulations.

• Identify and communicate quality, safety, or production concerns to supervisors.

• Support team members and assist with production needs during high-volume periods.

• Follow company policies and procedures related to food handling and workplace safety.

Qualifications

• Previous experience using fillet knives and food processing equipment required.

• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and handling procedures.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
