We’re seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join a busy, mission-driven outpatient practice in Los Angeles. This is an opportunity for a physician who enjoys comprehensive primary care and wants to make a meaningful impact within the community.
What You Can Expect
- Competitive compensation: $285K–$335K + potential sign-on bonus
- Monday–Friday schedule with two Saturdays per month
- Administrative days every other week
- Opportunity to supervise and mentor up to 4 NPs/PAs
- Collaborative, team-oriented clinical environment
- Comprehensive care for a diverse patient population
- Outpatient-focused practice emphasizing quality, continuity, and patient relationships
- Eligibility for loan repayment program(s)

- Basic Life & AD&D Insurance — $150,000 coverage, fully paid by the employer
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, physical exams, and assessments
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Supervise, support, and mentor NPs/PAs
- Serve as a clinical resource for patients and staff
- Build lasting relationships with patients through high-quality, compassionate care
- MD or DO
- Completed residency in Family Medicine
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Active California medical license or eligibility for California licensure
- Spanish bilingual skills preferred
