Plastic Fabricator — 1st Shift
Pay: $20–$24/hour

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Plastic Fabricator to set up and operate equipment used to cut, bend, drill, bond, and assemble plastic products. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with hand tools, reading work instructions, and using precision measuring equipment to produce quality parts on schedule.
Responsibilities
Set up and operate strip heaters, press brakes, drill presses, routers, and saws.
Cut, bend, drill, countersink, tap, and assemble plastic components.
Use hand and power tools, ovens, and heat guns to fabricate and prepare parts.
Apply adhesives and attach hardware, fittings, and fasteners.
Sand, buff, polish, and clean finished products.
Read blueprints, work orders, and work instructions to determine dimensions, finishes, and assembly procedures.
Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; related experience or training is a plus.
Ability to use measuring equipment and follow written and verbal instructions.
Basic computer skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work safely around machinery, tools, and manufacturing equipment.
Physical Requirements
This position requires standing for extended periods, frequent reaching, bending, twisting, and handling materials. Candidates must be able to regularly lift up to 10 pounds, frequently lift up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 55 pounds with assistance as needed.
