Entry-Level CNC Machine Operator - Paid Training Provided

Adecco is hiring Entry-Level CNC Machine Operators for a leading automotive manufacturer in Blanchester, OH. No CNC experience is required. We provide training and are looking for dependable individuals who are eager to learn new skills and grow with a company that values safety, teamwork, and career development.

This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, or other hands-on environments. Successful associates may have the opportunity to be considered for permanent hire after as little as 60 days.

Pay & Shifts

1st Shift

• 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

• Monday-Friday

• $17.00/hour

• Mandatory overtime may begin as early as 4:30 AM

3rd Shift

• 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

• Monday-Friday

• $18.00/hour

• Mandatory overtime may begin as early as 8:00 PM

Overtime opportunities available, including Saturdays when needed.

What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor CNC manufacturing equipment

• Perform quality inspections on automotive components

• Follow production schedules and work instructions

• Maintain a clean and safe work area

• Work as part of a team to meet production goals

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required

• No CNC experience required

• Manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or machine operation experience is a plus

• Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attendance and reliability

• Commitment to safety and quality

• Steel-toe shoes and long pants required

• Ability to work scheduled overtime when needed

Pay Details: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
