Electrician Technician

Electrician Technician | Up to $28+/Hour | Full-Time

We're looking for a skilled Electrician Technician to join a growing manufacturing team. If you have experience troubleshooting industrial equipment, working with electrical systems, and solving complex problems in a fast-paced environment, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues on manufacturing equipment and facility systems

• Install, maintain, and test motors, control panels, transformers, wiring, and power distribution equipment

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime

• Work with PLCs, VFDs, sensors, relays, and motor controls

• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals

• Support equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects

• Maintain accurate maintenance and repair documentation

• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety procedures

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED

• Minimum 2 years of industrial or manufacturing electrical maintenance experience

• Strong knowledge of:

  • Motors and motor controls

  • 120V, 240V, 480V, and three-phase systems

  • Electrical distribution systems

  • PLCs and automation equipment

  • VFDs and drives

  • Hydraulics and pneumatics interface controls

• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings

• Experience using multimeters, megohmmeters, and clamp meters

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Schedule

Training: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Following training, employees will transition to a permanent day or night shift schedule.

Pay

Starting at $28/hour or higher, depending on experience.
