Adecco is hiring Electrical Product Assemblers for a leading manufacturer of high-voltage power transformers in Waukesha, WI. This is a hands-on manufacturing role where you'll help build large-scale electrical equipment used to power homes, businesses, and critical infrastructure.

What You'll Do

  • Assemble internal and external transformer components according to blueprints and specifications
  • Install conduit, wiring, gauges, and other transformer accessories
  • Use hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks
  • Operate overhead cranes to lift and position large components
  • Utilize forklifts and other powered industrial equipment to move materials throughout the facility
  • Prepare units for testing, painting, and shipment
  • Perform contamination control and cleanliness procedures
  • Work in confined spaces and at elevated heights when required
  • Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure successful completion of products

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to read and follow blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
  • Experience using hand tools and industrial equipment
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Commitment to safety and quality craftsmanship

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or industrial experience
  • Experience with mechanical or electrical assembly
  • Experience operating forklifts or overhead cranes
  • Experience working in heavy manufacturing environments

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
  • Comfortable working at heights of up to 25 feet
  • Ability to work in confined spaces when required
  • Ability to work in a large industrial manufacturing environment
