Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday – Friday | 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM
Pay: $22.84/hr + $2.00/hr shift differential = $24.84/hr

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate I to join a growing distribution operation in Arden, NC. This is a direct-hire opportunity offering competitive pay and long-term career potential.
In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations including receiving inventory, product movement, cycle counting, order fulfillment, shipping, and material handling. You will also operate warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, cherry pickers, and stand-up riders while maintaining a strong focus on safety, accuracy, quality, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, move, stage, and ship inventory accurately and efficiently.
Operate reach trucks, cherry pickers, stand-up riders, and other warehouse equipment safely.
Complete assigned warehouse tasks according to established procedures and work instructions.
Perform cycle counts and assist with maintaining inventory accuracy.
Prepare customer orders for shipment accurately, on time, and in salable condition.
Follow all company safety, quality, and 6S standards to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Follow visual work instructions and established processes to support safety, quality, and productivity.
Identify process issues or deviations and immediately report concerns to a supervisor.
Report equipment or facility damage to help minimize safety risks.
Participate in continuous improvement activities and provide suggestions for improving warehouse operations.
Maintain flexibility and assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous experience operating a reach truck or cherry picker is preferred.
Experience with stand-up riders or similar powered industrial equipment is a plus.
Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping/receiving, or material-handling experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Basic computer skills with the ability to process warehouse-related transactions.
Basic problem-solving skills and ability to recognize and report process issues.
Knowledge of warehouse safety and material-handling practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to adjust to changing departmental needs.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for up to 9 hours per day.
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. from floor to waist and waist to floor.
Ability to safely work at heights of up to 15 feet.
Ability to perform warehouse duties for extended periods.
Must be available for mandatory overtime, including up to 9-hour weekdays and up to 6 hours on Saturdays when required.
Education
High school diploma or GED required.
