Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Direct Hire Home Health opportunity with a leading healthcare organization serving the Portland and Hillsboro communities.

📍 Location: Hillsboro, OR / Portland, OR

💵 Pay: $38-$42/hour (Based on Experience)

🏥 Position Type: Direct Hire

⏰ Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

💙 What You'll Be Doing

✅ Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes under the supervision of an RN or Physician

✅ Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

✅ Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the care team

✅ Perform wound care, catheter care, and other clinical procedures

✅ Educate patients and families on treatment plans and disease management

✅ Maintain accurate patient documentation and medical records

✅ Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient care

🎯 Qualifications

✔ Active LPN/LVN license

✔ Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing or Vocational Nursing program

✔ Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (Home Health or Med/Surg preferred)

✔ Current CPR/BLS Certification

✔ Strong communication and patient care skills

✔ Excellent problem-solving abilities

✔ Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle

✔ Ability to work independently while delivering compassionate care

Pay Details: $38.00 to $42.00 per hour
