Job Summary: 

We are seeking an experienced MES Application Developer to support the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) applications. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, factory personnel, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions while supporting existing MES applications and driving continuous improvements. 

Key Responsibilities 

Design, develop, and implement MES applications for new deployments and enhancements to existing systems. 

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions. 

Provide technical support for MES applications, including troubleshooting, issue analysis, and resolution. 

Maintain and enhance application functionality while ensuring system reliability and performance. 

Create and update technical documentation, user guides, and support materials. 

Contribute to MES strategy, technology evaluations, and process improvement initiatives. 

Work within Agile/Scrum environments and participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and development activities. 

Collaborate with factory teams and internal business partners to deliver effective manufacturing solutions. 

Required Skills 

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (preferred). 

7+ years of experience in software development and application support. 

Experience with business requirements gathering and working on large cross-functional projects. 

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills supporting legacy and enterprise applications. 

Understanding of manufacturing environments and factory floor operations. 

Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams (SAFe preferred). 

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Shift: Hybrid, Mon-Fri, 8 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Details: $76.81 per hour
