CWR Customer Service Rep I

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for a Customer Service Representative in Bessemer, AL. Responsibilities for a Customer Service Representative include but are not limited to:

• Assist customers, business partners, and drivers via phone and email.

• Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

• Diagnose, assess, and resolve customer issues promptly and accurately.

• Monitor delivery routes and shipment progress.

• Scan haul-away PODs (Proof of Delivery) and verify required documentation.

• Process delivery order changes, updates, and cancellations.

 

Candidates for Customer Service Representative must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.

• At least 1 year of customer service, call center, logistics, or related experience.

• Experience resolving customer issues and processing service requests.

Pay: $18.75/hr

Shift & Schedule: Sunday – Thursday; 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Days Off: Friday and Saturday

Pay Details: $18.75 per hour
