Customer Service Representative

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for an Customer Service Representative in Whitehall, OH! Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Weekly paycheck 

Pay: $20.00

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter customer orders that are received on the telephone or electronically

• Greet and assist customers who walk-in for orders

• Communicate with customers

• Assist and resolve customer requests and/or problems in a prompt and professional manner (i.e. logistics, inventory adjustments, etc.)

• Maintain and distribute product literature

• Assist in warehouse as needed (forklift experience a plus)

• Additional duties may be required

 

Requirements:

•  High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

• Outgoing and sales oriented personality

• Passion for customer service

• Attention to detail

• Strong PC skills

• Experience of working well in a fast-paced and team-oriented atmosphere

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
