Customer Service Representative

We are looking for driven individuals looking to support our growing business. We are looking for motivated and talented individuals to join our team.

As a CSR, you will be working closely with a customer service manager who will provide you with training and daily tasks. You will participate in weekly meetings to discuss projects and address any questions you may have.  Our company is dedicated to developing successful leaders and contributors, and we strive to make this internship mutually beneficial and as realistic as possible.

This role will be based in the Park Ridge, IL Headquarters office. The hours will be from 8am-5pm Monday through Friday.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Learn the operations of the customer service department

• Enter and change orders

• Contact customers to update them on order status or changes

• Verify order accuracy for other customer service members

• Work on projects for the customer service department assigned by your manager

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-year ERP/SAP system experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Highly organized

• Ability to prioritize projects

• Ability to multi-task

• Logistics experience preferred

Pay Details: $23.00 per hour
