Responsibilities for a Customer Service Representative include but are not limited to:

  • Handle high-volume inbound customer service calls and provide timely resolution to client inquiries related to commercial loan and credit products.

  • Analyze customer requests, conduct research, and determine appropriate solutions while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

  • Navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously to document interactions, research account information, and resolve customer concerns.

  • Collaborate with internal business partners to resolve issues, provide technical support, and strengthen client relationships.

Candidates for Customer Service Representative must meet the following requirements to be considered:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center, banking, or financial services environment.

  • Proven ability to handle difficult customer situations, build rapport, overcome objections, and provide creative solutions.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including intermediate proficiency in grammar and spelling.

  • Intermediate computer proficiency with the ability to quickly navigate multiple systems, adapt to new technology, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Comfortable receiving ongoing performance feedback, coaching, and adapting to changing processes and procedures.

  • Location must be listed on the candidate's resume to be considered.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry.

  • 1-3 years of experience working in a call center environment.

  • Shift: Monday - Friday, 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM EST

  • Training Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM EST

Pay Details: $18.51 per hour
