Customer Service Rep

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for a Customer Service Rep in Olathe, KS! Shift: Tuesday – Saturday (8:00am – 4:00pm)

Weekly paycheck

Pay: $18.50

Responsibilities:

·       Assist customers by phone and email.

·       Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally.

·       Monitor delivery routes and order status.

·       Process order changes and cancellations.

 

Requirements

·       Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

·       High school diploma or equivalent.

·       Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

·       Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.

Pay Details: $18.50 per hour
