Custodial Services Associate

Location: Burlington, VT
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18.50/hour
Employment Type: Temporary/Full-Time

Position Overview

Adecco is seeking reliable and motivated Custodial Services Associates to join a team in Burlington, VT. In this role, you will help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment by providing custodial services across facility buildings. This position works closely with a team to support daily cleaning and maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of custodial cleaning services in a team environment.
• Clean and maintain floor surfaces using approved supplies, chemicals, and equipment.
• Clean water fountains, waste receptacles, windows, and other facility surfaces.
• Remove cobwebs and dust from designated areas.
• Collect and dispose of trash and recycling materials.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, offices, classrooms, and other facility spaces.
• Follow established safety procedures and cleaning protocols.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, living, learning, and working environment for facility occupants.

Qualifications

• Previous custodial, janitorial, housekeeping, or cleaning experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality are required.

Requirements

• Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work the assigned schedule of Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM.

Pay Details: $18.50 per hour
