Collections Associate
Office, Clerical & Administrative
Adecco is seeking experienced B2B Collections Associates for a leading global company. These opportunities are available fully remote. The assignments are expected to run through the end of the year. We are looking for professionals who are comfortable making outbound collection calls, handling objections, negotiating payment plans, and partnering with internal teams to resolve invoice issues.
Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of past-due accounts and outstanding invoices
Conduct outbound collection calls and email outreach
Negotiate payment arrangements and secure commitments to pay
Investigate and resolve payment barriers, including billing discrepancies, missing POs, and incorrect terms
Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve invoice issues
Maintain accurate collection notes and account activity
Qualifications
2-3+ years of B2B collections experience
Strong phone presence and objection-handling skills
Experience negotiating payment plans and collecting past-due balances
Ability to manage a high-volume workload and multiple priorities
Strong communication and follow-up skills
High school diploma required
HighRadius experience is a strong plus
Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
