🎯 What You'll Be Doing

As an Oncology RN Chart Abstractor, you'll play a vital role in supporting healthcare data collection and quality initiatives by reviewing and abstracting clinical information from electronic medical records.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Conduct electronic medical record (EMR) abstraction services accurately and efficiently

✅ Extract and enter data into electronic data capture tools

✅ Review oncology patient records while maintaining exceptional attention to detail

✅ Perform quality and accuracy testing as assigned

✅ Ensure compliance with HIPAA and patient confidentiality requirements

✅ Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines

✅ Maintain productivity while working independently in a remote environment

⭐ Required Qualifications

✔️ Active RN License

✔️ Oncology RN experience

✔️ Electronic Medical Record (EMR) abstraction experience

✔️ Experience utilizing electronic data capture tools

✔️ Proficiency navigating Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems

✔️ High-speed internet access

✔️ Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

✔️ Experience using Microsoft Teams

Preferred Qualifications

⭐ OCN Certification

⭐ Oncology chart abstraction experience

⭐ Academic or clinical research experience

⭐ Pharmaceutical industry experience

⭐ Previous data analysis experience

Pay Details: $40.00 per hour
