Charge LPN

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is assisting our client with hiring a Charge License Professional Nurse (LPN) in Bradenton, Florida. This is an onsite, full-time direct-hire opportunity with an excellent Monday–Friday schedule.

Position Details

• Location: Bradenton, FL

• Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

• Pay Rate: $31.99-41.40/hr.

• Work Setting: Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, coach, and guide associates assigned to the department.

• Maintain positive and effective communication with providers, supervisors, peers, and staff.

• Perform all applicable staff nurse responsibilities and provide direct patient care as needed.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

• Assist with administrative responsibilities, including staff evaluations, disciplinary actions, and staffing.

• Oversee department logs and ensure required forms are completed accurately and submitted on time.

• Ensure provider orders are directed to the appropriate departments.

• Complete patient authorizations and referrals in a timely manner.

• Perform patient triage and appropriate interventions based on patient age and clinical needs.

• Maintain knowledge of medical forms and documentation, including physical exams, work excuses, and proof-of-pregnancy documentation.

• Administer prescribed immunizations and medications.

• Perform EKGs and patient triage in a timely and efficient manner.

• Complete laboratory requirements and follow established laboratory procedures, including phlebotomy.

• Meet regularly with subordinate staff to identify and resolve concerns, promote effective communication, and disseminate important information.

• Support a safe, efficient, and patient-centered clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.

• Active LPN license in the State of Florida and in good standing.

• Current BLS and CPR certification required.

• Minimum of 2+ years of professional nursing experience.

• Previous charge nurse, leadership, or supervisory experience preferred.

• Strong communication, organizational, clinical, and leadership skills.

• Ability to work effectively in an onsite, fast-paced healthcare environment.
