Pay Rate: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: 1st Shift, 6AM-2:45PM Full-Time

Responsibilities
- Perform MIG welding on ATV and UTV components and assemblies.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production specifications.
- Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Grind, clean, and prepare metal surfaces as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
- Previous MIG welding experience preferred.
- Ability to read measuring tools and basic blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
- Manufacturing and metal fabrication experience is a plus.
