What You'll Do

As a CNC Machine Operator / Setup Technician, you'll be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC equipment to produce high-quality parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will:

✅ Set up and operate CNC machines based on engineering drawings and production specifications

✅ Perform quality inspections and measurements to ensure products meet precise specifications

✅ Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime

✅ Install, maintain, and change tooling as required for production runs

✅ Support automated equipment, robotic systems, and production operators

✅ Conduct basic preventative maintenance to keep equipment running efficiently

✅ Read blueprints, procedures, and technical instructions to ensure accurate production

✅ Maintain production and quality records in compliance with company standards

✅ Assist with training new team members and contribute to a collaborative team environment

What We're Looking For

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English

• Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail

• Experience with CNC machines, machine setup, or manufacturing environments preferred

• Ability to read blueprints and work instructions

• Strong math skills and the ability to work with measurements and dimensions

• Familiarity with GMP, QSR, GDP, or quality systems is a plus

• Dependable, safety-conscious, and eager to learn

Pay Details: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
