3. 具新產品導入、製程技術移轉或量產Ramp-up經驗。

4. 具熱流模擬、材料模擬或相關研究經驗。

5. 具研究機構、工研院、中研院或產學合作技術移轉經驗。

出差比例：約60-75%，依專案階段調整

出差地區：亞洲、美國、歐洲及其他專案地點

出差期間：亞洲專案通常約1–2週，長程專案可能約3–4週

Qualifications: 

1. Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Materials Science, Thermal Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.

2. Fresh to 3 years up of experience in thermal process engineering, materials processing, manufacturing, or a related environment.

3. Knowledge of thermodynamics, heat transfer, fluid mechanics, material behavior at elevated temperatures, or phase transformations.

4. Hands-on experience with kilns, furnaces, heat-treatment equipment, or advanced thermal analysis tools.

5. Experience in DOE, statistical analysis, process modeling, or structured engineering problem-solving.

6. Basic knowledge of manufacturing quality and process reliability.

7. Ability to analyze data efficiently and provide practical engineering solutions.

8. Good written and verbal communication skills in English, including technical presentations and documentation.

9. Ability to collaborate with global teams across organizational boundaries and time zones.

10. Willingness to travel internationally on a frequent basis.

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Design, develop, and optimize thermal processes, including heat treatment, melting, forming, firing, sintering, annealing, tempering, brazing, curing, and stress relieving.

2. Conduct process optimization experiments, manufacturing studies, and continuous improvement projects.

3. Apply statistical analysis to experimental data to identify process upsets and root causes and implement technical solutions.

4. Define process parameters such as temperature profiles, time cycles, atmospheres, and cooling rates.

5. Conduct process validation, qualification, and capability studies, including IQ/OQ/PQ and Cp/Cpk.

6. Support final product engineering studies, inspection, data collection, and quality control activities.

7. Establish standard operating procedures, process set-points, training materials, and technical documentation.

8. Transfer technologies to manufacturing plants in Asia.

9. Train technicians and operators on thermal and material processing practices.

10. Work with R&D and manufacturing teams on new processes and new product introduction.

11. Travel to company and vendor locations in Asia, the United States, Europe, and other regions.
