• Data & KPI Management: Oversee supply chain Master Data governance; design, monitor, and maintain forward-looking KPI frameworks to perform high-efficiency data tracking and strategic reporting.
• Leadership & People Development: Set annual strategic objectives and manage resource planning; take full accountability for the professional growth of the team and talent pipeline development to build a high-performance organization.
• Proven track record 10+ years in supply chain management, logistics operations, or business transformation roles, preferably within multinational corporations (MNCs) or large-scale distribution networks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to influence decision-making across diverse business units.

[Responsibilities]

• Operational Optimization & Change Management: Systematically analyze existing supply chain processes and implement lean or automated solutions to boost productivity; lead complex organizational change projects to ensure smooth implementation of new workflows and technologies.
• Planning & Strategic Coordination: Steer the Supply Chain annual project roadmap, ensuring all optimization projects align with long-term business strategies while effectively managing project priorities and resource allocation.
• Cross-functional Process Integration: Coordinate and streamline operational flow integration across various business units, ensuring end-to-end supply chain processes are highly consistent and synchronized.
• Cost Management & Controlling: Manage departmental budgeting, control CAPEX, and proactively identify cost-saving opportunities.
