【Candidate Profile】

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field with 2+ years of experience in business planning, operational analysis, project management, or financial analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience in logistics operations, supply chain, or related operational functions is preferred.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with strong English proficiency.

• Coordinated cross-functional projects by managing requirements, timelines, risks, action items, and stakeholder communications to drive successful execution.
• Consolidated and analyzed operational data and feedback from Customer Service, Logistics, and Experience Center teams to identify issues and recommend actionable solutions.
