【Client Description】

We're hiring a Testing Program Manager to join a world-leading technology company in Taipei.

【Responsibilities】

BU: Peripherals

• Drive validation and testing programs
• Coordinate with engineering, ODM and cross-functional teams
• Track project status, risks and issue resolution
• Support product quality and testing execution
• 負責產品驗證與測試專案規劃及執行追蹤
• 與研發團隊、ODM夥伴及跨功能團隊密切合作，確保測試計畫順利推進
• 管理產品測試時程、風險及問題追蹤
• 分析測試結果並推動問題改善與解決方案
• 協助追蹤 Defect、Issue Resolution 及 Root Cause Analysis 活動
• 彙整測試數據並提供專案狀態報告
• 監控產品驗證進度，確保產品品質與開發時程符合目標
• 協助優化測試流程及提升團隊運作效率
• 作為測試團隊與專案團隊之間的主要溝通窗口

【Candidate Profile】

• 5+ years of validation, testing, quality, or product development experience
• ODM/OEM or consumer electronics background
• Strong troubleshooting and project coordination skills
• Experience working across multiple stakeholders
• 大學以上理工相關科系畢業
• 5年以上產品驗證、測試、品質或產品開發相關工作經驗
• 具 ODM／OEM 或品牌廠產品開發經驗
• 熟悉 Functional Testing、System Validation 或 Integration Testing
• 良好的 Troubleshooting 與問題分析能力
• 具備 Root Cause Analysis 經驗
• 優秀的跨部門溝通與協調能力
• 能獨立推動專案並管理優先順序
• 具備中英文溝通能力
