Requirements 任職需求

• 15年以上化合物半導體磊晶經驗具 InP、GaAs、VCSEL、或相關 III-V compound semiconductor epitaxy 開發經驗。具備10人以上團隊管理經驗
• 熟悉 MOCVD / MBE 磊晶製程能掌握 epitaxy recipe、layer structure、doping control、strain management、interface quality、wafer uniformity 與 defect reduction。
• 碩士以上學歷

Responsibilities

• 領導 InP / VCSEL 磊晶技術開發負責 InP-based laser / PD / APD 或 GaAs-based VCSEL 的 epitaxy structure design、MOCVD / MBE process development 與技術路線規劃。
• 建立量產導向的磊晶平台推動從 R&D、NPI 到 pilot run / mass production 的技術轉移，確保良率、均勻性、可靠度與成本目標達成。
• 管理關鍵磊晶參數與失效分析針對 wavelength、threshold current、slope efficiency、RIN、lifetime、uniformity、defect density 等關鍵指標進行優化與 root cause analysis。
• 跨部門整合產品開發與 device design、process integration、packaging、testing、product engineering 及客戶端技術團隊合作，支援 optical communication、SiPh external laser、3D sensing、LiDAR 或 data center interconnect 應用。
• 建立研發團隊與技術藍圖帶領 epitaxy R&D 團隊，制定 3–5 年技術 roadmap，評估新材料、新結構、新設備與下一代高速光源技術。
