Client Description

正在尋找一位 10+ 年經驗的 System Architect / Enterprise Architect，加入一家國外半導體公司，負責規劃全球 Production Services 相關的系統架構與數位轉型。

這不是單純維護 IT 系統的角色，而是會從 Enterprise / System Architecture 的高度，整合 Business Process、IT Systems、Supply Chain 與各部門需求，建立下一世代的整體架構。

Candidate Profile

Strong understanding of ERP systems, system integration, and business process design.

Experience with Oracle ERP and/or Oracle databases is highly preferred.

Experience with SQL Server, databases, APIs, or enterprise data integration is a strong plus.

Experience working with complex enterprise environments involving multiple applications and systems.

Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical architecture.

Experience in process architecture, capability modeling, operating model design, or digital transformation is preferred.

Familiarity with RPA, AI, automation, or emerging digital technologies is highly desirable.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Key Responsibilities

Define and develop application and system architecture for global service operations.

Translate business requirements into scalable system architecture and technology solutions.

Align business processes, applications, data, and IT infrastructure across different functions.

Lead cross-functional initiatives involving business users, IT, engineering, and operations teams.

Establish architecture principles, frameworks, governance, and decision-making processes.

Improve system integration, usability, scalability, and operational efficiency.

Identify opportunities for process automation, digitalization, and AI adoption.

Develop architecture roadmaps to support long-term business growth and transformation.

Repair management

Inventory management

Warehouse operations

Installed-base management

Logistics and shipping

Parts ordering

Service contract management

Billing

Service request management

Parts return and warehouse receiving processes

Web-based parts ordering and service applications

Mobile applications for operational and field users

Quotation and pricing tools

Service deliverables management

Enterprise system data access and integration

Oracle database integration and data management

SQL Server reporting databases and reporting solutions

GUI and supporting tools to improve the usability of enterprise systems

Integration between ERP, web, mobile, database, and reporting platforms
