出差地區：中國、韓國、日本、歐洲及其他專案地點

Qualifications: 

1. Master’s degree or above in Automatic Control, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Control, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.

2. Fundamental understanding of classical and modern control theory.

3. Knowledge of system modeling, simulation, and control algorithm design.

4. Basic understanding of control system hardware and software.

5. Programming or development experience in C, C++, Python, MATLAB/Simulink, or related control development tools.

6. Experience in system integration, equipment control, or control system design is preferred.

7. Ability to communicate technical topics, review documentation, and collaborate in English.

8. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally approximately 35%–50%.

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Apply control systems fundamentals and control theory to achieve target manufacturing process attributes.

2. Understand project objectives, analyze technical problems using classical or modern control theory, and propose appropriate solutions.

3. Develop precision control, motion control, and process control solutions.

4. Perform system modeling, simulation, control algorithm design, testing, and implementation.

5. Support machine assembly, equipment installation, cable wiring, and control system integration.

6. Develop control kernels, user interfaces, system models, and related control software.

7. Participate in AI-related control technology and smart manufacturing applications.

8. Work with multidisciplinary technical teams to achieve project objectives.

9. Participate in all stages of equipment and manufacturing implementation, including design, installation, testing, commissioning, and production ramp-up.

10. Prepare SOP, SOS, training materials, and technical documentation for manufacturing technology transfer.

11. Support project assignments in Asia, Europe, and other international locations.
