派駐ASML : HVAC Engineer/廠務空調工程師

職務資訊 : 

工作地點：新廠 : 新北市林口區 (初期可能會先安排舊廠桃園龜山)

雇用型態：合約制(Fixed-term)，預計合約時間為3年，後續依照績效表現評估續約或轉為集團正職(合約期間福利比照正職)

工作班別：依CCR營運需求安排，需能配合輪班 (約一個月換一次班別，並額外提供輪班津貼+加班費) 實際排班會依照現場需求調整

工作內容 : 

本職務派駐林口國際高科技客戶廠區，負責中央控制室監控、廠務空調系統操作維護、承包商管理及異常處理。

Requirements : 

1. Bachelor's degree or above in HVAC, Refrigeration, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

2. At least one year of HVAC facility experience in a cleanroom or high-tech manufacturing environment.

3. Experience in facility operations and maintenance, CCR operations, engineering support or shift operations.

4. Understanding of SCADA, BMS or FMCS monitoring logic.

5. Familiarity with corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, CMMS, emergency response and contractor management.

6. Mandarin proficiency; TOEIC 500 or equivalent English capability is preferred.

加分條件 : 

1. 具冰水主機、冰水泵、冷卻水塔、AHU、MAU或無塵室環境控制經驗。

2. 使用過Planon或其他CMMS系統。

3. 具PTW、LOTO、高科技EHS及現場承包商管理經驗。

4. 具冷凍空調、廠務系統操作或相關專業證照。

Responsibilities : 

1. Monitor HVAC facility equipment and operating conditions through BMS, SCADA and CMMS platforms.

2. Manage alarms and operational events, including classification, escalation, follow-up and accurate shift-handover records.

3. Perform inspections and follow up corrective and preventive maintenance activities according to the CMMS plan.

4. Supervise subcontractor maintenance activities and verify work quality, inspection results and CMMS data accuracy.

5. Perform basic HVAC troubleshooting, check spare-parts conditions and maintain critical spare inventories above required safety levels.

6. Respond to customer requests and support routine facility work and on-site handover inspections.

7. Follow applicable EHS requirements, Permit to Work and Lockout Tagout procedures.

8. Identify gaps in SOPs and operating manuals and support preliminary incident analysis and internal reporting.
