APR Engineer

【Client Description】

國際科技大廠

【Candidate Profile】

• 2 年以上 ASIC Physical Design / P&R 經驗
• 熟悉 STA、Timing Closure 與 Physical Verification
• 熟悉 Innovus、Fusion Compiler、PrimeTime 等工具至少一項
• 熟悉 Tcl / Python / Perl 任一 scripting language
• 具先進製程及 Low-power Design 經驗者佳

【Responsibilities】

• 負責 ASIC/SoC 從 Netlist 到 GDSII 的 Physical Design flow
• 執行 Floorplan、Placement、CTS、Routing 及 PPA 優化
• 負責 STA、Timing Constraint、LEC、IR/EM 等 sign-off 與問題排除
• 與 RTL / DFT / Verification 團隊合作，確保設計順利完成 Timing Closure
