Senior Design Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Design Engineer to join our global business partner. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our local engineers. If you are passionate about aircraft structures and enjoy working in an international environment, we’d love to meet you.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Strong experience in aircraft fuselage design and related manufacturing processes
• Solid understanding of Part 21J / Part 21G airworthiness requirements
• Advanced proficiency with CATIA V5 and Airbus PLM tools (Airbus VPM, PASS SSI)
• Strong knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
• Excellent command of English (technical terminology included);
• Structured, proactive, and collaborative working style with a high sense of responsibility
• Confident use of Microsoft Office 365

Job Description



• Develop and modify complex metal and composite aircraft parts and assemblies
• Perform tolerance analysis for components, assemblies, and installation interfaces
• Create and update 2D/3D design data, BOMs, and ECNs using CAD & PDM systems, following customer requirements and airworthiness regulations (Airbus Systems / Lean PLM)
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and supplier teams to ensure manufacturability, cost efficiency, and design feasibility
• Prepare technical documentation for qualification, certification, and design review meetings
