Strategic HR Manager

A leading multinational manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Strategic HR Manager to join its HR leadership team in a newly created strategic position reporting directly to the Head of HR.

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and influence the organization's people agenda by partnering closely with Global and Regional HR leaders. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing HR strategies, frameworks, and initiatives that drive organizational effectiveness, talent development, and business growth, while HR Business Partners lead local implementation.

Responsibilities :

• Translate global and regional HR strategies into effective local people initiatives and frameworks
• Lead the design of talent management, succession planning, leadership development, performance management, and organizational development programs
• Partner with senior leadership to identify workforce priorities and organizational capability needs
• Drive strategic HR projects and transformation initiatives aligned with business objectives
• Develop governance, policies, and best practices that support consistent HR execution across the organization
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support workforce and organizational decisions
• Act as a trusted advisor to the Head of HR on strategic people matters

Qualification :

• Significant experience in HR Strategy, HR COE, Organizational Development, Talent Management, or Strategic HR Business Partnering
• Proven track record of designing and leading enterprise-level HR initiatives
• Experience working within a multinational environment with exposure to regional and global stakeholders
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Excellent communication skills in Thai and English
• Experience within manufacturing, automotive, industrial, or other complex operational environments
• Exposure to HR transformation, change management, and organizational effectiveness initiatives
• Experience collaborating with global Centers of Excellence and regional HR teams
