Job Position: Sales Staff (Leasing) - Automotive Leasing Company

Work location: Bangkok

Our client is a well-known automotive leasing services company. The company has been established for over 20 years in Thailand, with motivation and a high market share in global markets.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in sales across any industry

• Advantageous to have driving skills (no need to own a car)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce programs

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and self-motivated to meet deadlines

• Passionate about sales with a strong drive to achieve targets

• Possesses a good personality, strong negotiation skills, and logical thinking

• Excellent coordination and problem-solving abilities

• Calm, easygoing, and service-minded personality

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, or related fields

• Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC 600+) is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Sales Team and relevant departments to drive business development

• Visit customers, analyze situations, and provide updates to the manager

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers while identifying new prospects

• Address and resolve sales-related issues to meet customer needs effectively

• Communicate, sustain, and enhance client relationships

• Secure contracts from new perspective customers on a monthly basis

• Execute sales activities aimed at achieving targets, including customer follow-up and coordination of internal processes
