Project Manager

Our client is seeking a proactive Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of multiple projects within the Data Center and Critical Power Solutions environment. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with contractual requirements while coordinating with customers, service teams, and external partners.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Higher Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Management, preferably within Data Center, Critical Power, Electrical, or Infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of Data Center Solutions and Power Distribution Systems is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and technical coordination is an advantage.
• Strong project coordination, planning, and cost management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor project schedules, costs, invoicing, and billing milestones to meet contractual and financial objectives.
• Coordinate project meetings, site activities, and implementation plans with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Oversee subcontractors and service partners to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project requirements.
• Manage Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) activities to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support contract administration activities, including purchase requests, sales forecasts, documentation, and operational handovers.
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to resolve project issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
