Production Operator

Manufacturing company located in Taka Subdistrict, Bang Pla Ma District, Suphan Buri Province. The company is seeking Operator candidates to support daily production operations. This position is open to new graduates and offers a 6–12 month contract, with opportunities for contract renewal or conversion to permanent employment based on performance and company requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Vocational Certificate (ปวช.) or Higher Vocational Certificate (ปวส.) in Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields.
• Open to new graduates; 0–2 years of work experience.
• Candidates without prior experience are welcome and will receive on-the-job training.
• Hardworking, responsible, and willing to work in shifts.
• Able to work in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Candidates with basic factory or production experience will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery according to established procedures.
• Handle and prepare raw materials for the production process.
• Ensure production operations are carried out safely and efficiently.
• Follow company safety rules, production procedures, and work instructions.
• Support daily production activities and maintain a safe working environment.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned.
