Production Engineer

【Qualifications】

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Vocational graduates are welcome if they possess relevant experience
• English: Internal communication level required
• Experience in manufacturing development, engineering, or production management
• Wire harness experience is preferred
• Candidates from automotive parts, electronics, or related manufacturing industries are also welcome
• Experience supervising teams ranging from several people up to approximately 10 team members
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Basic product development knowledge
• Quotation preparation and cost management skills
• Project management skills covering quality, cost, and delivery
• Understanding of both development and production processes
• Knowledge of jigs, fixtures, and productivity improvement
• Experience with lead-time reduction and process optimization

【Responsibilities】

• Convert customer drawings into internal production drawings and prepare quotations
• Provide technical support from prototype development to mass-production launch
• Analyze production issues and implement corrective actions
• Improve manufacturing processes and reduce lead times
• Manage jigs, including vendor coordination and internal modifications
• Coordinate with equipment suppliers regarding new machinery and automation projects
• Manage and supervise a team of approximately 20 employees
• Develop team capability and improve overall performance
• Coordinate with internal departments such as QA, purchasing, and sales
• Support production and development activities with practical engineering knowledge
