Qualifications

  • Native Thai speaker with excellent communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • More than 10 years of management experience, preferably in the architecture, construction, facility development, consulting, or related industries.
  • Proven experience managing teams, business operations, and organizational performance.
  • Strong experience in client negotiation, project management, cost control, and contract management.
  • Experience in executive-level decision-making and business strategy development and execution.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong strategic planning, business development, and execution capabilities.
  • Solid knowledge of financial management and P&L responsibility.
  • Good understanding of architecture, facility development, project management, and construction processes.
  • Strong decision-making skills with the ability to balance strategic leadership and hands-on operational responsibilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with local teams and Japan Headquarters.
  • Good command of English is required. Japanese language skills would be an advantage.
  • Experience working with Japanese companies or headquarters is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead overall company management and day-to-day business operations in Thailand.
  • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sustainable growth.
  • Monitor business performance, sales activities, and project profitability.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients while developing new business opportunities.
  • Drive business development activities and secure new projects, particularly within the local Thai market.
  • Oversee project delivery, including schedule, quality, cost, and risk management.
  • Participate in financial planning, annual budgeting, cash flow management, and investment decisions.
  • Build, develop, and lead local teams while strengthening organizational performance and culture.
  • Work closely with department managers and key stakeholders to ensure effective business operations.
  • Collaborate with Japan Headquarters and regional management in Singapore on strategic initiatives, business planning, and regular reporting.
  • Take overall responsibility for P&L management and key business decisions for the Thailand operation.

  • Establish a stable business development pipeline and sustainable revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute market expansion strategies targeting local clients and new business sectors.
  • Strengthen market intelligence and customer acquisition activities.
  • Take a hands-on approach by combining strategic leadership with strong execution.
  • Deliver measurable business and organizational improvements within the first 6–12 months.
  • Support the company's long-term growth strategy over the next 3–5 years.
