Key Responsibilities

Litigation & Dispute Management: Spearhead high-stakes legal disputes, regulatory investigations, arbitration, and court proceedings (civil, criminal, and administrative) through to enforcement.

Executive Advisory & Risk Assessment: Counsel senior leadership on case evaluations, ongoing litigation strategies, and potential exposure to protect company interests.

Reporting & Governance: Keep executive management consistently informed of case progress, legal developments, and emerging operational risks.

Strategic Legal & Regulatory Counsel: Provide expert guidance on complex, industry-specific regulatory landscapes and business-critical legal matters.

Commercial Risk Mitigation: Align legal frameworks with business goals to safeguard the company’s commercial strategy, reputation, and operational assets.

External Partner & Stakeholder Relations: Direct outside counsel, liaise with regulatory bodies, and engage key stakeholders to maintain compliance and resolve issues proactively.

Commercial Contracting: Oversee high-level contract drafting, review, and negotiations to secure favorable terms.

Corporate Transactions & M&A: Counsel management on major corporate deals, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, capital markets, and strategic alliances.

Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing legal team, managing work allocation and skill growth to ensure operational excellence.


Qualifications

  • Master of Laws (LL.M.) from a leading domestic or international institution; certified member of the Thai Bar Association with a valid Lawyer's License.
  • 5–7+ years of progressive legal experience gained in top-tier law firms or as in-house counsel, preferably within the telecom, tech, or digital media sectors.
  • Demonstrated track record in managing complex litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution.
  • Business fluent in written and spoken English and Thai (minimum TOEIC score of 750 required).
  • Goal-oriented, adaptable team player with a strong focus on continuous learning and collaboration.
