Company Overview:
Our client is a well-known machine tool products manufacturing and trading company, such as spare parts, cylindrical grinder, a horizontal machining center, vertical machining center, etc. The company has exhibited for nearly 25 years in Thailand, with motivation and a high market share in global markets.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree or a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or any related fields
• English: Internal Conversation Level (TOEIC score is preferred)
• 5–7 years of experience in HR and Administration, including team leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, tax regulations, company policies, code of conduct, ethics, and safety regulations
• Proficient in office administration, documentation management, and confidential information handling
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels
• Strong coordination and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving and risk assessment abilities
Responsibilities:
• Oversee overall HR and Administration functions to support business operations and company policies
• Lead and supervise HR & Admin team, ensuring effective performance and workflow management
• Manage full HR functions including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, company policies, and code of conduct
• Handle compensation & benefits, payroll oversight, and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and internal control systems
• Manage administrative operations including office management, documentation, and coordination tasks
• Support risk assessment, workplace safety compliance, and company regulations
• Coordinate with internal departments, management, and external authorities for HR/Admin matters
