Human Resource Director - Construction

Our client is a leading construction company in Thailand. As the organization undergoes a significant growth and transformation journey, they are seeking an experienced HR Director a strategic and hands-on HR Director to lead our partner's people agenda and support the company's growth, transformation, and long-term business objectives.

This role will be responsible for driving HR strategy, talent management, organizational development, workforce planning, employee engagement, and HR operations across the organization.

• The successful candidate will be an experienced HR leader with strong business partnering capabilities and a proven track record in building high-performing organizations.
• You will work closely with senior leadership to align people strategies with business goals, strengthen organizational capabilities, develop future leaders, and drive a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• The role also requires strong expertise in HR processes, change management, succession planning, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and HR transformation initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles in medium to large organizations.
• Proven experience in HR Business Partnering, Organizational Development, Talent Management, and HR Operations.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, workforce planning, performance management, and change management.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead organizational transformation initiatives.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven and process-oriented mindset with a focus on operational excellence.
