Job Description
1. Recruitment & Workforce Planning
- Lead manpower planning and workforce forecasting aligned with annual business plans.
- Develop recruitment strategies to ensure timely acquisition of qualified talent across all employee levels.
- Monitor recruitment efficiency through KPI tracking including time-to-fill, hiring cost, and retention rate.
- Collaborate with department managers to develop long-term workforce plans.
2. Compensation & Benefits
- Develop and manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and compensation analysis against industry standards.
- Manage annual salary review, bonus planning, promotion programs, and incentive schemes.
- Ensure compliance with labor law, social security, taxation, provident fund, and company policies.
3. Payroll Management
- Oversee end-to-end payroll operations ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and legal compliance.
- Ensure timely processing of payroll, OT, shift allowance, incentives, bonus, and statutory deductions.
- Manage payroll audits and continuously improve payroll control processes.
4. HRIS & Digital HR
- Lead HRIS administration, governance, and enhancement projects.
- Analyze HR data and provide business insights through dashboards and workforce analytics.
- Drive HR digital transformation initiatives and process automation projects.
- Collaborate with IT and external vendors on system implementation and upgrades.
5. Lean Organization & Organization Effectiveness
- Lead organization restructuring and workforce optimization initiatives.
- Drive Lean Organization projects to improve productivity and workforce efficiency.
- Analyze organizational structure, headcount utilization, and manpower cost.
- Recommend organization design improvements to support business growth and operational excellence.
6. Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop HRM team members.
- Establish succession planning and capability development plans within the HR function.
- Foster a high-performance and continuous improvement culture.
Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience with at least 3-5 years in HR Manager level.
- Proven experience in large-scale manufacturing environment with workforce size 1,000+ employees.
- Strong knowledge of Thai Labor Law, Social Security, Taxation, and Provident Fund regulations.
- Experience working with SAP, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday or other enterprise HR systems.
- Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
