HR Specialist / Supervisor (Chinese Speaking) - Electronics Manufacturing | Global Company

Candidate Profile 

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR professional who is passionate about talent acquisition and HR operations. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Chinese and Thai, possess strong communication skills, and be comfortable working in a multicultural manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with Thai labor regulations.
• Support HR operations, including payroll coordination, employee administration, and onboarding processes.
• Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and compliance initiatives.
• Provide support on employee relations matters and daily HR activities.
• Act as the key communication bridge between Thai employees and Chinese management teams.
• Prepare HR reports and support various HR projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on recruitment.
• Good knowledge of Thai labor law and HR practices.
• Fluent in Chinese and Thai communication.
• Basic English reading and writing skills.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment will be an advantage
