About the Company

Our client is a well-established multinational organization operating across industrial and manufacturing sectors. The company is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to lead corporate tax strategy, compliance, risk management, and business advisory activities while supporting sustainable business growth.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.
2. At least 10 years of experience in tax compliance, tax planning, tax accounting, and/or tax advisory.
3. Strong knowledge of Thai tax regulations and practices.
4. Experience working with government authorities and regulatory agencies.
5. Hands-on experience managing tax audits and tax refund processes.
6. Good understanding of Transfer Pricing, OECD guidelines, Double Taxation Agreements, and tax incentives.
7. Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
8. Leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement tax planning and tax management strategies across the organization.
• Oversee direct and indirect taxes, customs duties, transfer pricing matters, and emerging tax regulations.
• Ensure full compliance with applicable tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
• Lead tax risk management initiatives and strengthen internal controls.
• Provide tax advisory support for business operations, investments, and intercompany transactions.
• Manage transfer pricing studies, documentation, and regulatory filings.
• Monitor tax incentives, tax-saving opportunities, and compliance developments to optimize business benefits.
• Coordinate with external advisors, auditors, and government authorities on tax-related matters and audits.
• Lead and develop a high-performing tax team while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
