Draftsman

Gas, water, plumbing, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) plant installation and maintenance contractors Gas, water and heating installation inspection and maintenance services.

Qualifications

1. Diploma (Vocational Certificate) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
2. 1–3 years of experience in MEP drafting.
3. Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
4. Experience with Revit/BIM will be an advantage.
5. Possess a valid driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience.
6. Age between 20–30 years.
7. Able to travel and work at project sites outside the office, including Rayong, Chonburi, and Chachoengsao provinces.

Job Responsibilities

1. Prepare and revise MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) drawings as assigned.
2. Develop Shop Drawings and As-built Drawings for construction projects.
3. Coordinate with engineers and site teams to ensure drawings are accurate and up to date.
4. Conduct site surveys and update drawings based on actual site conditions.
5. Maintain and organize drawing documents and related records systematically.
