Design Assistant Engineer (PE Team)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 6 months of experience in a design-related role.
• Candidates with experience in other engineering fields who are interested in pursuing a design career are also encouraged to apply.
• Ability to communicate in English at an intermediate level or higher.
• TOEIC score of 550 or above is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using AutoCAD or CATIA.
• Basic understanding of engineering design principles and product development processes.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Willingness to work at a customer site after completing initial training.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and develop a long-term career in automotive design engineering.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to develop automotive wiring harness designs.
• Support planning and execution of wiring harness design activities.
• Handle design-related activities for newly developed vehicle projects.
• Verify design validity and support design standardization initiatives.
• Provide engineering support in accordance with organizational objectives, policies, and management direction.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are achieved.
• Support product design improvement and development activities.
• Prepare and maintain design-related documentation and reports.
• Communicate technical information with customers and internal stakeholders.
