Accounting (Senior - Manager Level)

Company overview:

Our client is a well-known electronic consumables manufacturing and trading company, such as machinery and materials for PCBs, semiconductors, SMT, PCBA, robotics integration, etc. The company has exhibited for nearly 35 years in Thailand, with motivation and a high market share in global markets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or a Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related fields

• English: Daily Conversation Level (Able to read and write in English)

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a similar role

• Knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices

• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software; experience in Navision is an advantage 

• CPD license is required

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV will be an advantage

• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy

• Good communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Managed the full spectrum of accounting and financial reporting activities, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and intercompany transactions

• Ensured compliance with financial reporting standards, accounting regulations, and internal control policies

• Coordinated with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities to address audit, tax, and compliance matters

• Prepared monthly financial statements, budget reports, management reports, and financial analyses to support business decision-making

• Monitored cash flow and prepared regular cash flow forecasts and reports, providing timely updates on cash positions and bank balances

• Managed banking relationships and handled negotiations and transactions related to banking facilities and services

• Ensured timely and accurate submission of financial reports in accordance with corporate policies and headquarters reporting requirements

• Supervised and developed a team of accounting staff, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality financial reporting
