About the Role:
Our client, a confidential international organization, is looking for an Executive Office Coordinator to provide strategic, analytical, and operational support to the Head of Office.
The role is focused on supporting the effective functioning of a regional office by contributing to planning, coordination, research, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and day-to-day office operations. The successful candidate will help ensure that the office remains well-informed, organized, and responsive to relevant economic, policy, institutional, and sectoral developments.

Key Responsibilities:
The Executive Office Coordinator will report to the Head of Office and will be responsible for a broad range of analytical, coordination, and administrative activities, including:
- Supporting the Head of Office in the development and implementation of office priorities and action plans.
- Conducting research and preparing analysis on relevant economic, financial, policy, and sectoral topics.
- Monitoring key market, institutional, and sector-related events and preparing timely updates, insights, and recommendations.
- Preparing briefing notes, presentations, reports, and other documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Supporting stakeholder engagement and relationship management with relevant institutional and business partners.
- Coordinating office scheduling, workflow, meetings, and internal processes to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Acting as a point of contact for local suppliers and supporting procurement, contracting, and administrative processes when needed.
- Ensuring proper documentation, archiving, and process follow-up in line with internal procedures.
- Supporting compliance with applicable local requirements, including health, safety, and environmental standards.
Frequent travel within the country of residence, as well as occasional regional and international travel, may be expected.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, International Relations, Public Policy, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in consulting, international organizations, financial institutions, public sector advisory, business development, or a similar environment.
- Strong analytical and research skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of another foreign language will be considered an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of project management tools will be considered an asset.
- Candidates should have the legal right to work in the country where the role is based.
