Adecco Romania is recruiting a Sales & Network Team Leader for the Romanian market, on behalf of its client, an international automotive importer representing Asian brands, with a strong presence across Central and Eastern Europe.

·      University degree in business preferable, but not obligatory

·      Senior management experience from automotive sales management.

·      Deep knowledge of Romanian market, and good communication in English and Romanian language oral as well as written

·      High level of understanding as to sales management, and general understanding of all profit centers in the automotive business.

·      Excellent command of written Romanian and English with copy accuracy

·      Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills

·      Excellent knowledge of MS Office computer programs

·      Ability to work in a team

·      Driving license B category

·      Act as the key point of contact for the dealer network in Romania, ensuring strong communication, alignment, and long-term partnerships

·      Lead, manage, and develop a team of Dealer Network Coordinators, ensuring high performance, accountability, and professional growth

·      Drive dealers to achieve market sales objectives by following commercial guidelines and implementing OEM standards

·      Monitor and maintain pipeline of vehicles to ensure that OEM is in a position to fulfil agreed targets

·      Prepare product and pricing strategies for the Romanian market

·      Accurately forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly actual and planned sales

·      Organize trainings prescribed by OEM and propose additional value-adding training initiatives

·      Identify opportunities in dealer development, customer acquisition, and market expansion

·      Grow market share within Romania by driving new car retail sales

·      Establish and implement strategies to increase dealer and brand loyalty throughout the region

·      Perform sales activities on major accounts and negotiate pricing and discounts in consultation with OEM and dealers

·      Manage personnel and develop sales support staff

·      Communicate results and reports on a regular basis to maximize market performance

·      Formulate sales policies, practices, and procedures and adapt OEM international policies to the regional market
