Profil kandydata:

• 3-5+ years of experience in O2C, Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Collections.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end O2C processes.
• Excellent German language skills (C1 preferred).
• Good command of English (B2/C1).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Zakres odpowiedzialności:

• Manage complex Order-to-Cash activities for assigned customers and business units.
• Lead collection efforts and proactively manage aged receivables portfolios.
• Handle complex payment disputes, deductions, and customer escalations.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and business stakeholders.
• Monitor O2C KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to transitions, migrations, and knowledge transfer projects.
• Act as a subject matter expert for O2C processes and support less experienced team members.
