Client Operations Analyst (f/m)

Recruitment for

We are recruiting for a leading global financial services firm specializing in asset servicing, custody banking, and investment management, supporting institutional clients worldwide.

Your Responsibilities

• Complete daily assigned tasks accurately and within the required timeframe.

• Follow established procedures carefully in all routine work activities.

• Report discrepancies promptly when issues or irregularities are identified.

• Ensure assigned responsibilities are finished on time without unnecessary delay.

• Escalate issues appropriately when they cannot be resolved at the task level.

Employer requirements

• Strong attention to detail when completing recurring daily tasks.

• Ability to follow procedures consistently and without deviation.

• Clear understanding of when and how to report discrepancies.

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken

• Dependable time management to complete assigned tasks on schedule.

• Ability to escalate issues through the correct internal process.
