Service Operator / Forklift Driver with double fork experience wanted!!

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Service Operator to join our busy operation. If you have forklift experience, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering excellent service, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Service Operator, you'll play a key role in ensuring stock is accurately managed, customers are supported, and site operations run smoothly and safely.

Your responsibilities will include:

·      Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently

·      Operating forklifts in accordance with site procedures

·      Counting, issuing, and verifying stock returned to site

·      Inspecting returned stock and reporting any damage or discrepancies

·      Maintaining accurate records and data entry

·      Communicating stock variances and operational issues promptly

·      Responding to customer requirements and providing excellent service

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll have:

·      A current Forklift License and practical forklift operating experience

·      Warehouse, stores, or logistics experience

·      Strong commitment to workplace health and safety

·      Good numerical skills and attention to detail

·      Experience using SAP or similar inventory systems (preferred)

·      Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

·      A team-focused attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed

·      The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively
